We chose the madeleine

Every morning, fresh batches come out of the oven, following grand-mère’s recipe. Some are enjoyed warm with a specialty coffee or ceremonial matcha. Others leave in little boxes, ready for birthdays, picnics, dinner parties, or simply a quiet afternoon.
